In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ph387", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the ph387 online gaming platform, operating at ph387.cam.
• "Platform" means the ph387 website, mobile-optimised site, all games, payment systems, account systems, support systems, and any related service provided by ph387.
• "Player", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who registers for and/or uses a ph387 account.
• "Account" means the registered player account created when a user completes the ph387 registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins value, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives credited by ph387 to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing online gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "GCash" and "PayMaya" refer to Philippine e-wallet services accepted on the ph387 Platform.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

By registering an Account and/or using the ph387 Platform, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming is lawful;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or director of ph387 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ph387 or any other gaming platform in a manner that remains active;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and complete.

ph387 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. ph387 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from a Player's misrepresentation of their eligibility status.

To access the real-money features of the ph387 Platform, including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals, you must register an Account. Registration is subject to the following terms:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one active Account on the ph387 Platform at any time. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph387 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts without notice and to forfeit any Balance held therein.

3.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Required information includes a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, date of birth, and such other information as ph387 may request for identity verification purposes in compliance with PAGCOR Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations.

3.3 Verification

ph387 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify a Player's identity at any stage of the Account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any pattern of activity that raises compliance or security concerns. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable time period may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.

3.4 Incomplete Registration

Accounts that have not completed verification may have restricted access to certain Platform features. ph387 shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of their failure to complete the verification process in a timely manner.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your ph387 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or verification codes associated with your Account.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any other person;
• Notify ph387 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account;
• Not access or attempt to access another Player's Account under any circumstances;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared devices.

ph387 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. ph387 may suspend an Account where it suspects a security breach pending investigation and will notify the registered Account holder via their registered contact details.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph387 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change. ph387 will publish updated information on the Platform in advance of any material changes.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The current minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. ph387 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by ph387's finance team, which operates on a 24/7 basis including Philippine public holidays. Typical processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed. Processing may take longer where additional verification is required.

5.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

ph387 reserves the right to verify a Player's identity and the source of funds before processing any withdrawal. Players must withdraw to a payment account in their own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited. ph387 is not responsible for any loss arising from a Player providing incorrect payment details.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the ph387 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the Player's responsibility.

5.6 Fraud and Money Laundering

ph387 is committed to preventing fraud and money laundering in compliance with applicable Philippine law. Any Account found to be involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or the processing of criminal proceeds will be immediately suspended, all Balances will be forfeited, and the matter will be referred to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR authorities.

The following general conditions apply to all ph387 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players only;
• Each bonus may be claimed once per eligible Player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonus Funds are credited to a Player's Account separately from real-money funds and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn;
• Unless otherwise stated, Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus; unmet wagering requirements at the end of the validity period result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom;
• Minimum odds or game contribution percentages may apply when fulfilling Wagering Requirements — these will be specified in the promotion terms;
• ph387 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a Player claiming it;
• ph387 reserves the right to amend the terms of any ongoing bonus upon reasonable notice to Players;
• Any Player found to be abusing bonus terms through multi-accounting, collusion, artificial wagering patterns, or any other deceptive means will have their Account suspended and any winnings derived from such abuse forfeited.

Each game available on the ph387 Platform is governed by specific game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before placing real-money wagers. ph387 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand applicable game rules.

All random number generator ("RNG") based games on the ph387 Platform use certified RNG systems. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is disclosed within the game interface. Live dealer games are operated by independent third-party studios using physical cards, dice, and roulette wheels; outcomes are subject to real-world physics and are not controlled by ph387.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay that results in an interruption to a game round, ph387 will apply its game interruption policy. Where a game cannot be completed due to a technical failure on ph387's systems, the wagered amount for the interrupted round will be returned to the Player's Balance. ph387 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures or device failures on the Player's side.

ph387 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is credible evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or human error on the part of a game operator.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph387 Platform. Any violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players, including through the use of shared information in live dealer games;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy where the purpose is to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph387 staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel;
• Engaging in any activity that ph387 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other Players' experience.

ph387 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered Players, accessible through the Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit to your ph387 Account. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours following any requested increase.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period. Loss limits take effect immediately and are subject to the same cooling-off period as deposit limits for any increase request.
• Session Duration Limits: Set a maximum length for individual play sessions. ph387 will alert you when you approach your set session limit.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing during the current session and your net gain or loss during that session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your ph387 Account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 6 months. During a cooling-off period, you may not access real-money gameplay, deposit, or claim bonuses.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ph387 Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and, once activated, cannot be reversed during its active duration through any means. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion during its active period will not be processed under any circumstances.

If you believe your gaming behaviour is causing you financial, emotional, or personal harm, ph387 strongly encourages you to use these tools. All content on the ph387 Platform — including but not limited to the ph387 brand name, logo, trademarks, game content licensed from third-party providers, website design, user interface elements, software, databases, graphics, text, and all other proprietary material — is the intellectual property of ph387 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph387 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph387 content without prior written authorisation;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ph387 software;
• Use the ph387 brand name or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph387 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, or business opportunity arising from or connected to the use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or cessation of Platform services due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond ph387's reasonable control;
• Any loss resulting from the Player's own failure to maintain account security or comply with these Terms;
• Any third-party content, services, or payment processing failures outside ph387's direct operational control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph387's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by ph387's gross negligence or wilful misconduct. ph387's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their Account shall in no event exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph387 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account without prior notice if ph387 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or collusive activity;
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration or verification information;
• The Player is under the minimum age requirement;
• Continued Account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players;
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires Account action.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, ph387 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account, including real-money funds, pending withdrawal of any amounts legitimately won prior to the discovery of the breach. ph387 will provide written reasons for Account closure to the registered email address within a reasonable period.

A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ph387 customer support. Prior to Account closure, all pending withdrawals must be completed and any active bonus terms must be resolved. ph387 will process any remaining real-money Balance to the Player's verified payment method upon confirmed Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The ph387 Platform operates under applicable PAGCOR regulatory frameworks for online gaming in the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between ph387 and a Player, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ph387 customer support. ph387 commits to acknowledging dispute submissions within two (2) business days and to providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who are registered residents of the Philippines retain the right to raise complaints with PAGCOR or other applicable Philippine regulatory bodies where the dispute falls within the relevant regulatory jurisdiction.

ph387 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect a Player's rights or obligations — ph387 will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via the Platform and/or to registered email addresses.

Continued use of the ph387 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between ph387 and the Player with respect to the use of the ph387 Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
